working in 2-D Fine Art, Ages 13 and Over.  Awards
will be presented in 3 Categories:  Youth Student (up
to age 13); Adult Student (Age 14 & up); and Open
Invitation (professional artists and hobbyists who
are not currently enrolled as a student in any art
school or other school art instruction).

2008 ARTS IN THE PARK VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM

 

Artsy Angels’ 2nd Annual Arts in the Park to be held Saturday and Sunday, June 28th and 29th from 10am – 7pm at the Black River Overlook Park on Highway 67 in Pocahontas, AR is open to all artisans, crafters and food vendors, regardless of specialty, provided the products are suitable for a community and family oriented event.  Reserve your 12 ft. x 12 ft. booth space now.  Spaces will not be assigned; they will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Off-limit areas will include the gazebo, century wall and Artsy Angels’ spaces.  All registered vendors will be responsible for their own tents, canopies, tables, chairs, etc. and set-up. Vendor parking will be available at the Riverside Petroleum station, next to the park, provided the pumps are not blocked and room is left for the trucks to turn.  Additional parking will be available across the street.  Vendor set-up can begin after 1pm on Friday, June 27th.   No refunds will be given for unused vendor spaces.

Everett St., Pocahontas, AR  72455.  Registration and payment MUST be received no later than Monday, June 9th, 2008 in order to reserve your space(s) and be included in our program brochures.  Registrations received after June 9th will have no guarantee of space availability, and space IS limited, so get your reservation in as soon as possible.
